Procedure for Purchasing, Payment and Delivery of Goods.
Online shop Elfu Fabrika makes the shopping process easy and convenient.
1. Select your purchase. Pay attention to description of the selected item: shape, colour, size, type of finishing.
2. Make an order by completing the electronic form.
It is mandatory to indicate your name, surname, E-mail, full and correct address: number of the flat and house, street, city, postal code, country, your telephone number for a courier to contact you!
3. Our operator will choose the most advantageous and fastest way of the purchase delivery and issue an invoice with the dispatch cost, specifying it in a separate line.
We can’t precisely in advance determine the cost of dispatch (postage charges). It may considerably vary in different transport companies. Therefore, in order to save our customers’ money, we choose individual delivery options for each purchase, quite often offering our customers to choose required option from 2 or 3 offers.
Our company has more than 15 years of experience in sales and packaging of our items. We guarantee that each purchase will have professional and safe packaging that makes it possible to deliver an order to a buyer in one piece and undamaged.
4. Pay the order.
Residents of Latvia and Riga can pick up their purchases themselves at the address: 10, Smilsu str., Riga.
Standard Courier Services (for residents of Riga)
- Delivery cost within Riga: 7 euro.
- A courier unloads a parcel and brings it to the front door of the Buyer/Addressee’s house.
- Delivery is carried out only on working days and only until 21:00. We won’t be able to provide this service after 21:00.
- Delivery and unloading of parcels on weekends is carried out by separate agreement.
